They gave just the right amount of direction but were very unobtrusive, allowing us to enjoy the day without interruption - yet still managing to capture shots from every angle. When looking back at our photo album we even remarked they must have ninja-like stealth skills, as they had captured moments that we hadn't even remembered them being present for.
Despite it being the summer and peak season they also worked to turn around a selection of preview photos within 2 days and teaser video within a week of the wedding! I've known friends who have had to wait months for their video from other videographers, so this is something we were very impressed by. The final video crafted by Jack was also very thoughtfully and creatively put together, weaving the footage of the day around the speeches to tell our story in a moving way.
